The Society makes its home in an abandoned psychiatric ward down an old, forgotten road. The ward has two visible floors and sits upon a low hill. Thick, dead vines cover much of the building, but here and there you can catch a glimpse of faded red brick behind the leaves. Some of the windows are broken, and all of them are barred. The long sidewalk winding up the front yard to the entrance has numerous cracks through which weeds sprout up. A rusting chain link fence surrounds the grounds of the institute, which include an empty swimming pool lined with moss and a broken-down children's swing set. Pale, flickering lights can be seen in the hallway past the main doors.
The doors make a loud grating noise when opened, virtually eliminating any chance of entering stealthily. A few weak fluorescent lights illuminate the main hallway and lobby, and there is an odd smell permeating the room. Past the lobby is another hallway, completely darkened, and the floor is littered with glass and some sort of slick, dark substance. There is one light working further down the hall, and it casts its glow on double doors that lead to a large room - a cafeteria. It is mostly empty, with only a few broken tables and chairs scattered throughout the room. There's a large, thick-looking puddle of something underneath one of the tables, but it can't be seen in the dim light. At the end of the hall are three offices, all littered with paperwork, office supplies, and cardboard boxes. The papers describe the conditions of the patients who used to live here; some of them are disturbing. To the right, there are two flights of stairs - one leading down into pitch blackness, the other leading up to the second floor.
An old medicine trolley is in the corner of the landing up the stairs, containg a few empty pill bottles. Another short flight of stairs takes you up to the second floor. None of the hallway lights are working, but several of the lights in the rooms are, and they cast eerie rectangular strips of light through the lead-laced windows. Some of the doors are locked and some are ajar. A few are missing entirely. There is a pile of rags against one of the walls, and a teddy bear with its head half ripped off and one button eye dangling from a thread lays in the middle of the hall further down. Some of the rooms still have beds. One room has strange rust-colored stains on the curtains; another has a crumpled straightjacket lying in one corner; another has a bed with leather straps used to restrain patients. All of the rooms are oddly cold and very uninviting.
Upon descending the other flight of stairs, one would notice a thick, pungent stench, reminiscent of garbage and bad meat, along with an uncomfortably humid stagnance to the air. The darkness is so thick it's almost tangible, and even a strong flashlight is barely able to penetrate it. The walls were white, but they've darkened with age and are covered with dark, reddish stains. Be careful not to slip on the gore strewn about the floor - we zombies are messy eaters. The hallway is long and stretches as far as the eyes can see in both directions. Mortal exploration is practically impossible, because the odor and feelings of revulsion this place stirs in living humans is unbearable.

www.allflesh.com It's a site about a zombie RPG named "All Flesh Must be Eaten". Not a computer game or anything, just a good ol' roleplaying game (the kind with pen and paper). There is also a section named "Flesh Fiction" under the "Support" section of the site, where they have some zombie short stories. Website rating? R.
